What Are The Laws In Ohio For Boating With Alcohol?

It is illegal in Ohio to operate a boat while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Boat operators will be considered to be ‘under the influence’ if their blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level is 0.08 or higher during boat operation.
