What Are The Laws For Boating With Alcohol In Idaho?

In Idaho it is illegal to operate a boat while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Idaho boat operators will be considered to be ‘under the influence’ of alcohol if their Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level is 0.08% or higher.
