How Old Must a Child Be To Legally Operate a Motorized Boat In Oregon?

In Oregon it is illegal for children under 12 years of age to operate a motorized boat, even if they have their Oregon Boater Education Card. The minimum age for unsupervised PWC operators is 18 years old.
