Do Tourists From Foreign Countries And Other States Need To Obtain a Tennessee Boater Education Card To Boat Legally On Tennessee’s Waters?

If the boater was born on or after January 1, 1989, they will be required to have a Tennessee Boater Education Card, or it’s equivalency, from the boater’s home country or state.
