Yes, you can take the state-approved online Boating Test right here on this website. Click here to access BOATsmart!’s 3-hour, Online Oregon Boating Course.

You won’t be able to access the test until you complete the course. However, you can access the course at anytime and take as long as you need to finish it. The course does not need to be completed in one sitting.

A passing grade of 80% is required for Oregon’s online boating safety test. But no worries, if you don’t pass on your first attempt, free retries are included.
