In Arizona it is illegal to operate a boat while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Arizona boat operators will be considered to be ‘under the influence’ of alcohol if your Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level is between 0.08% and 0.15%. If over 0.15%, you will be convicted of an ‘Extreme OUI’ and if your BAC level is over 0.20%, you will be convicted of a ‘Super Extreme OUI’.
