Can I Drink Alcohol While Boating In Utah?

In Utah it is illegal to operate a boat on Utah waters while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any combination thereof.

In Utah, boaters are considered to be under the influence if they have a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level of 0.08% or higher.
