All boaters who are between the ages of 12-20 years old, who are operating a motorized boat, sailboat aor PWC without supervision are required to have a Boater Education Card in Kansas.

Understand that most other states will require boaters to carry a Boater Education Certificate, commonly known as a Boating License, during boat operation.
