In Indiana it is illegal to operate a boat while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. It is also illegal for boat/PWC owners to allow anyone else to operate their boat or PWC while that person is intoxicated.

Boaters in Indiana are considered to be under the influence if they have a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) level of 0.08% or higher.
